Amenities

Parking spaces are intended for the exclusive use of Resident(s) and Resident’s guests and/or invitees. The following policies apply: a. Resident(s) shall keep the Management Office advised of the make, model, year, color, and license tag number of Resident’s vehicle(s). b. Vehicles in use on the grounds of the Apartment Community may not exceed a speed of 10 miles per hour. c. Resident is required to immediately inform Owner of any damage done to vehicles on the grounds. The property is not responsible for theft of or damage to vehicles or their contents, subject to applicable law. d. Residents are allowed only two (2) vehicles on the grounds of the Apartment Community, each displaying the Management permit sticker; a vehicle without a permit may be towed unless Management has given permission. Resident vehicles may not regularly use guest spaces. Commercial vehicles are prohibited except as expressly approved by Management. e. Recreational vehicles, trailers, watercraft, etc. shall not be allowed to remain on any area of the property except for the temporary purpose of loading or unloading passengers or personal property. f. No motorcycles may be parked on walkways or in breezeways. g. Resident(s) shall not park on the grass, in fire lanes, in reserved or covered parking, or in any manner that obstructs the normal flow of traffic. Fire-lane violations are subject to immediate towing and a $50.00 charge. Unauthorized parking is subject to a $100.00 charge. Owner reserves the right to have any vehicle violating parking rules towed at the expense of the vehicle’s owner, and Owner shall not be liable for any damage that may result from such towing
